Carole and the team was amazing to deal with, i have had a few birthday parties at bounce and i am always happy with the venue, staff and the entire experience. staff are so professional, accommodating and friendly. My kids and i love this place whether for a Party or just a playdate we are always happy. Thank you once again:)
